HBS (Human Behavior System)
Sometimes mobile operators can block your SIM-cards because they may look like used for fraud. HBS service simulates real human behavior for your SIM-cards: you may send incoming/outgoing SMS or initiate incoming calls to your SIM cards to show that SIM cards are used for both incoming and outgoing calls and make the GSM operator happy.
Batch SIM cards maintenance
Depending on your mobile operator you may need specific operations to be done with the SIM cards periodically. We can develop an option for you to perform SIM cards balance, recharge, changing tariffs of SIM cards, testing if the SIM cards are blocked or not, for a batch of SIM cards using SMS/USSD commands or GSM operator self-care WEB interface.
CDR Management
If you need a detailed list of CDR or specific CDR reports per SIM card, there is an option to request the reports using WEB interface. The service will also help you to analyze VoIP quality parameters: total calls, terminated minutes and VoIP metrics such as ASR, NER, ACD and PDD.
Monitoring
VoIP network monitoring is used to get total system health overview as soon as a specific VoIP parameter details. You may also setup an Email or SMS alarm to be informed about service degradation or outages like low ASR or poor Internet connectivity.
VoIP Traffic Tunneling
You may need to pass firewalls used by some Internet service providers that block VoIP traffic to your GSM gateways. We may help you to tunnel that traffic transparently for your VoIP customers.
Hosted VoIP Soft-Switch and Billing
VoIP soft-switch is used to control your VoIP traffic flow, authorize and charge your customers for incoming VoIP traffic, block out-of-balance prepaid customers and generate invoices for post-paid ones.
If you don’t have your own soft-switch we can provide you with a hosted soft-switch. You will have a full access to the soft-switch configuration through its WEB interface. We help to configure the soft-switch to use it with your hosted GSM solution. However the hosted soft-switch can be also used to manage your VoIP traffic not related the GSM termination.
Your Local SIM Array
If you have 4+ gateways with 64+ GSM ports total it makes sense to place SIM array with your SIM cards in your network (perhaps in a different location than your GSM gateways). This can be useful if you have to replace a huge amount of SIM cards every day and wish to manage it directly.
Fraud and Abuse Protection
There are additional steps may be required to protect your VoIP network against Denial-of-Service attacks and fraud attempts.
